TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Competition is organised and promoted by DMD (“the Promoter”).
2. All decisions relating to the Competition, including but not limited to eligibility, prize allocation, and winner selection, rest solely with the Promoter.
3. The Competition will commence on 30 March and will close at 23:59 on 31 October 2026.
4. The Competition is open to all natural persons who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Are permanent residents or citizens of the Republic of South Africa.

5. Employees, directors, agents, consultants of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or immediate family members of the parties are not eligible to participate.
6. To enter, participants must:

• Shop any DMD in store or online.
• Snap a photo of your receipt or proof of purchase.
• Post on social media.
• Tag @dmdmuracchini
• Use #DMDPaydayFlex

7. Incomplete entries, entries without the required tag or hashtag, entries from private accounts, or entries deemed offensive, fraudulent, defamatory, or inappropriate will be disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
8. Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must be linked to a separate purchase and valid receipt.
9. The monthly prize consists of:

• A refund on the winner’s DMD purchase (capped at R3,000).

10. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for alternative goods/services unless determined otherwise by the Promoter.
11. Winners will be selected at the sole discretion of the Promoter based on valid entries and creative merit.
12. Winners will be notified via direct message (DM) from the official DMD account. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 (five) working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
13. Winners may be required to provide:

• Original proof of purchase (receipt)
• Valid identification
• Banking details (for refund processing)

14. The names or handles of confirmed winners will be published on DMD’s official social media platforms.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical, network, or platform-related issues.
17. By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, social media handle, and entry content for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
18. Personal information provided will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), and will not be shared with third parties unrelated to the Competition.
19. The Promoter, its affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not prejudice participants who have already entered.
21. Participants enter the Competition at their own risk.
